So, some/most of us got effected by this bad
situation either inner or outer health and skin. So, today in this sharing platform, we would like to share with you on how to take care of your healthy skin. Feel free to read our article below…

  • Clean the Skin Carefully

Haze can cause dirt, dust, and pollutants on your skin. Instead, choose a non-irritating and gentle cleanser.

Make sure your face & body skin is properly cleansed.


  • Always moisturize the skin

Always moisturize your skin to prevent dryness. Choose the right moisturizer for your skin type. Moisturizers will create a protective barrier between your skin and harmful environmental impurities.


  • Leave the Exfoliate Routine

Some of us love to scrubs/exfoliate our face and body, right? But hey, STOP first now.

Some scrubs can extract skin’s natural essential oils that protect it from environmental pollutants. Scrubs can also cause dryness of the skin, making them more sensitive to environmental irritants such as hanging in the air during haze.

So, it’s best to just wash your face and body.


  • Eat & Drink Properly

Maintaining good eating habits can help protect the skin from harmful environmental irritants and sun ultraviolet rays.

Choose foods that are rich in antioxidants from Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Don’t forget to drink as much water (plain water) as you can.


  • Use the Sunscreen

Sunscreen is essential to protect the skin from harmful elements and pollutants. Use sunscreen and serum containing antioxidant-rich ingredients. This will help protect the skin from damage.
